Lake County YMCA CEO Dick Bennett and Director of Development Sarah Baggott invited Jason for a tour of the new West End YMCA. This impressive facility is the product of collaboration, smart partnerships, and a willingness to think outside the box.

2019 was a year full of accomplishments for the City of Mentor, and Jason was glad to join the Mentor Chamber of Commerce for City Manager Ken Filipiak's State of the City report. From new restaurants like Mission BBQ and Slyman's Tavern, to new industrial facilities like the one built by De Nora Tech, Inc., Mentor has much to be proud of and to build on in the year to come.

Allison and Jason celebrate Valentine's Day on the Saturday after Valentine's Day by enjoying a couple of the incredible wineries in the Grand River Vallery. Cask 307 and Grand River Cellars are two "can't miss" spots in Madison.

Jason had a great visit at Fredon Corporation where he talked about the future of Lake County manufacturing with Roger Sustar, had a a terrific tour of the facility, and heard about Fredon's need for more workers. Jason has been helping to spread the word about job's available in Lake County , helped publicize this opening, and directed multiple applicants to Fredon. Alyson Scott at Fredon Corporation and Sara Spence at Spence Technologies, Inc are two executives driving innovation. They are President and Vice President of AWT-Think Manufacturing and Jason joined them for their annual meeting.

Building Lake County is a team effort! Jason was a guest of Mayor Rich Regovich for the State of the Cities breakfast presented by the Willoughby-Western Chamber of Commerce. The Mayors of Eastlake, Kirtland, Wickliffe, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, and Willowick talked about their communities' successes from the past year and what they anticipate in the year ahead.

As the President of the Lake County Blue Coats, Jason MC'ed their Annual Meeting and the awarding of the 2020 Jorge Medina Distinguished Service Award to incredibly deserving police officers from Painesville and Willoughby.

Jason attended the Painesville State of the City address by City Manager Monica Irelan. Painesville has a lot to be proud of and Monica and her team have accomplished much over the past year. Painesville is on the rise!

Director of Administration Vicki Morley and Director of Adult Education Lori Klonowski explained how their healthcare programs are training students for high demand medical careers and how they help meet their emergency clothing and nutritiional needs.

Touring the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Jason sees firsthand the skill and dedication to safety of the employees of the plant that produces enough carbon free electricity to power over 1 Millions homes and employ around 700 people.

The community gives the Kirtland Hornets Football Team a tremendous sendoff as they leave for the State Finals. Kirtland won 17-7 over the Ironton Tigers.

Jason and family enjoyed the annual "Country Lights" celebration at Lake Metroparks Penitentiary Glen in Kirtland. The "elves" helped the kids make some great toys and the light displays were amazing again!

Win With Wuliger for Commissioner hosts a Campaign 2020 Kickoff at Pastina in Mentor. A tremendous host committee, delicious food, and a great crowd made for a terrific night. Jason was introduced by his wife, Allison, and Lake County Prosecuting Attorney Chuck Coulson. Jason talked about his vision for Lake County and how we can make a great place to live, work, and raise a family even better.

Brian Bontempo of Auburn Career Center, and Scott Balogh of Mar-Bal, Inc. hosted the event and spoke of the importance of manufacturing and workforce development for the future of Lake County and the region.
